Hey everyone...People love coming to Lake Placid this time of year, because the weather is great and the scenery is beautiful. But, that means the big hotels book up early and their rates can be a little pricey.

So, check out some of the smaller hotels on the Lake Placid Visitors Bureau's 'where to stay' website (click me!). You might even want to consider staying in either Saranac Lake or Wilmington (both just 15 minutes away) if you're really set on finding a deal.
